In the past decade, current literature and businesses have drawn attention to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in particular advances machine learning techniques. Nevertheless, while AI technology offers great potential solve difficulties, challenges remain implicated practical implementation lack of expertise strategic usage create business value. This paper aims implement a systematic review analyzing convergence corporate strategy develop theoretical model incorporating issues based on existing research this field.
